      <description><![CDATA[This is getting a bit technical, but here goes... Remember when all the talk was about making websites in CSS rather than using tables?  That was a big deal, and the shift was the right thing to do.  Now the talk is about "<a href="http://www.alistapart.com/articles/responsive-web-design/" title="Responsive Web Design">Responsive Web Design</a>", which <a href="http://adactio.com/journal/4367/" title="Adactio points out">Adactio points out</a> is a similarly important shift. At this moment, I'm working on my first "responsive" website, and promise from hereon in, that all sites that I design in the future will take this approach.  At least I will try.
