The Website
The Project
A client from the very beginning, I’ve been involved with their website for many years, from the initial launch to a complete site redesign with an integrated content management system. Their complete product line with specifications and customer support information is now included in the website.
We recently launched an employee intranet and corporate extranet to share targeted information with their staff and dealers across North America.

An interview with Ulf Ernetoft, President, Accenta Inc.
Tell us about your company and the challenges you faced before we completed this work?
Accenta has been in the event marketing and POP/POS industry for over 20 years and with the way technology changes these days we really needed someone by our side that we trust to keep us current with the times. Rolf has been there to listen to our ideas regarding our website as well as to share his.
Why did you choose to work with me?
Accenta maintains a long standing business relationship with Rolf Johansson and we strongly trust in his ideas and abilities. So when we changed the layout of our latest product catalog and added so many new displays, we knew we needed Rolf’s expertise with re-categorizing our products on our website...and that meant a lot of changes. Rolf accepted this challenge and offered his guidance. He has been working closely with our graphic designer, and we will now be able to simultaneously launch our updated website with our biggest and best product catalog to date.
How has your website changed your business?
We have had many compliments on the design and layout of our website - mainly which it looks great and it is so easy to find your way around. The addition of adding a product demo video for our newest success “AdStand” to our site has given us another venue to showcase what our products can do. We will now be adding several videos to help demonstrate our products thanks to the success of the first one.
What was it like working with me?
Working with Rolf is always a pleasure; he has such a fun personality. He listens inventively and takes our ideas and requirements seriously and we know we can depend on him to lead us in the right direction when it comes to our website.
What are your future plans for your website?
We recently decided to develop a secure intranet for our employees as well as a dealer intranet. We had no idea what this project entailed and so we not only needed him to develop those sites, we also needed him to train several of our employees on setting up users and maintaining and updating the information. We are certain that we will require his ongoing support with this new venture.
